Gloria Chaim is the Deputy Clinical Director in the Child Youth and Family Program at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto and Assistant Professor, Department of Psychiatry, University of Toronto. She has worked collaboratively across agencies and sectors to develop, evaluate and disseminate innovative programs to address needs and build service capacity for children, youth, women and families. In particular, her experience in the development and implementation of the Pathways to Healthy Families Program at the Jean Tweed Centre underscores the importance of the work of the Connections team, developing effective knowledge exchange strategies to facilitate development of appropriate services for women and children where they are needed.
