Martin Dooley is a Professor in the Department of Economics. His research interests are in health economics, labour economics and the economics of the family. Current research projects include the socioeconomic determinants of child health and development, the consequences of childhood health problems for adult labour force outcomes, and socioeconomic determinants of access to post-secondary education. Dr. Dooley is a member of the Advisory Committee of Social Statistics, Statistics Canada and the Steering Committee of the National Longitudinal Survey of Children and Youth.
