Karen Milligan is a clinical psychologist and Director of Research and Psychology at Integra, a mental health centre for children with Learning Disabilities in Toronto, Ontario. She has worked front-line with women with substance use issues and their children and is interested in furthering our understanding of best practices for this population and translating this knowledge into practice. She is co-principal investigator on a meta-analysis examining the effectiveness of integrated programs for women with substance use issues and their children.
